Rest

Be sure you get enough physical and mental rest. Don't always be thinking about the next task that needs to be done and, at the end of the day, ensure you have a couple of hours without having to exercise your brain. You'll find you sleep much better if you've given your brain time to slow down. When you meditate your brain benefits from the healing and pure light and knowledge that is drawn through your crown chakra, which is on top of your head. But there are other things you can do to help maintain good brain and body health.

Just as it's important to cleanse your outer body and your home, so your brain and inner body should be cleansed. Use the light. Visualize white light coming down through your crown chakra and filling up your head, neck, shoulders, down through your arms and into each finger tip. Next visualize it flowing through your chest and stomach, your abdomen and hips, down through your legs into your feet and every toe. That light will cleanse everything it touches. Do this exercise whenever you feel it needs to be done. Your body needs maintenance as much as your car!

As you develop spiritually, you must still pay attention to your body, it's where 'you' live and deserves to be treated with respect and love.
